Privacy Policy

This document refers to the personal data privacy policy adopted by the Association “Comitato Fiere Industria” CFI (hereinafter “CFI”), which directly manages its web site https://www.cfionline.net/it/ on a space provided by Aruba.it, and describes the processing procedure concerning personal data of users and visitors of the web site.

The following information is given also according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council dated 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), according to the provisions set forth by Chapter III, Section 2 of the same.

The information refers to data processing by CFI and does not apply to other websites which may be accessed by the user through direct links from CFI website.

Information concerning Data processing

Pursuant to Regulation EU 679/2016, you are informed that your personal data (the “Data”) shall be processed by the Association “Comitato Fiere Industria” CFI (hereinafter, “CFI&rd”) Fiscal Code. 97016790582 with registered offices in 20122 Milano, via Pantano n. 2, as Data processing Owner in accordance with the provisions set forth by art. 4, para. 7, Reg. EU 679/2016.

Data processing is conducted according to lawfulness principles ex art. 6 Reg. EU 679/2016 for the purposes related to the relationship established with the Owner from time to time and, therefore, the relevant legal basis is grounded on the reasons of the contact with the Owner (e.g. membership in the association, participation in activities studied, produced and promoted for the associates, which shall be duly proposed and sponsored by the Owner, specific interests on Exhibitions’ trends, deepening of technical, economic, administrative and legal issues concerning Exhibitions’ activity, collecting of personal resumes, etc.). In this purpose, Data processing may include among other: the management, organization, use, storage, communication to Confindustria and/or partners and/or associates and/or to specific subjects involved in the organization of the events, destruction and modification of Data subsequent to request of the Data Subject, consultation, communication of future initiatives, elaboration, sending promotional material concerning meetings and conventions.

In case of personal resumes autonomously sent to the Owner, no data processing shall occur, except the storage for two years. Should the Owner decide to use the personal resume autonomously sent, it shall previously send to the Data Subject specific information in order to obtain the consent for future uses.

Data processing shall be carried out by paper and/or electronic means by duly appointed persons.

The Owner does not require any of your Data included in the special categories (art 9 Reg. EU. 679/2016).

Conferring Data is voluntary, however, in case of lack (also partial)of conferment the requests sent to the Owner could be not partially or completely be processed.

The Owner may provide further information in case of specific relationships, events, activities and purposes, requesting the relevant consent.

Data shall be stored for 2 years and in any way for the time necessary to satisfy the purposes of collection. The Owner shall not use in any case automated decision processes concerning your Data.

Please be informed of your right, according to Art.15 Reg. EU 679/2016, and that you have also right to:

  1. ask to the Owner the access to your Data and the relevant rectification or cancellation or processing limitation or opposition to processing;
  2. data portability;
  3. should the processing be grounded on art. 6, para. 1 (a) or art. 9, para. 2 (a), to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
  4. the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Please be also informed that should the Owner decide to further process Data for other different purposes, it shall previously provide the Data Subject with information concerning such different purposes, asking – if applicable – for specific consent.

E-mails by visitors to the Owner’s addresses as indicated on its website, for the purposes from time to time expressed, implies the acquisition and subsequent processing as described above of sender’s address and of the other Data possibly included in the communication. Sending e-mails to the Owner shall imply the knowledge and acceptance of the privacy information.

According to the above, the prosecution of relationship with the Owner or sending Data also through the “contacts” area of the website shall be considered as expression free, specific and informed of the Data Subject who, through a positive action gives its consent to the Data processing by the Owner. (according to art. 4 para. 11).

Place of Data processing

Data processing concerning web services of this site are carried out at Owner’s registered offices only by duly authorized persons. Back-up copy is stored at Aruba.it.

Navigation Data

Informatic systems and software procedures of this web site, automatically collect certain Personal Dara, which transmission is implicit in the use of internet protocols. Such Data are used only to obtain statistic information on an anonymous basis about the use of the web site and to control the correct performance, and are cancelled immediately after the elaboration. The Data may be used in investigations about possible cybercrimes against the web site.

Data voluntarily sent by users

E-mails by users to the Owner’s addresses as indicated on its website, for the purposes from time to time expressed, imply the acquisition and subsequent processing as described above of user’s address and of the other Data possibly included in the communication.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files, deposited by a web site on the user’s hard disk, to identify the navigation browser. Cookies do not damage the system and do not contain malicious files. This site does not use cookies for transmission of personal information nor persistent cookies of any kind or user tracking systems are used.

CFI emphasizes that documentation, texts, images, trademarks and any other publication on this web site is proprietary information of the relevant owners, protected by patents and/or copyrights with the competent authorities and, therefore are not to be freely used by the site users. The Owner does not grant any licence on copyright, patents or any other intellectual property right.

No liability is assumed by CFI with reference to the contents publicated in this web site and to the possible use by third parties, for any contamination deriving from access, interconnection, download of materials and programs from this site.

Any link to this website created by third parties, shall not prejudice the reputation and activity of CFI.
